Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 25, 2026

These terms form an agreement between you and The AI Business Mentor ("we", "us"), the provider of the AI Business Mentor service (the "Service"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service is an AI-powered business mentor that answers questions, produces action plans, and tracks tasks. Access requires a paid membership or a valid early access code. You must be of legal age to form a contract, and if you use the Service for a business you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

2. Your account

Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Payments, renewals and cancellation

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Memberships renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to send spam;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
  • interfere with the Service's security, including malware, probing, scraping, or reverse engineering;
  • attempt to bypass safety filters ("jailbreaking") or generate illegal, hateful, deceptive or harmful content, including deepfakes;
  • resell, redistribute or share access to the Service.

5. AI output and your responsibility

You are responsible for what you enter (your prompts and any content you provide) and for how you use the answers. You confirm you have the rights to any content you submit. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is general business guidance only — it is not legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice. Verify important information and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

As between you and us, you own your inputs and, to the extent permitted by law, the outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the Service. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove it where appropriate; repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

6. Content moderation

We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts to keep the Service safe and lawful.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service and all related intellectual property, including the software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your membership.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, death or personal injury.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may delete your account at any time from your settings, which permanently removes your data.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
