Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you paid with, or contact our support team.
You can cancel your membership anytime from "Manage billing" in the app. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
